Techiaversity offers a Job Guarantee to eligible students enrolled in select bootcamp programs. If you do not secure a qualifying job within 10 months of graduation, and you meet all the terms outlined below, you may be eligible for a full refund of your tuition.

1. Eligibility Criteria

• To qualify for the Job Guarantee, you must:
  • Be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the country where you’re seeking employment
  • Complete 100% of the course content and required assignments/projects
  • Participate in all included career services, including coaching sessions, mock interviews, and resume reviews
  • Actively apply to a minimum of 30 relevant jobs per week during the job search period
  • Maintain detailed job search logs, including positions applied to and communication with employers
  • Respond promptly (within 2 business days) to all communications from Techiaversity career support staff
  • Be open to entry-level or junior roles in related fields (remote, hybrid, or on-site)

2. Disqualifying Factors

• You will not be eligible for the refund if:
  • You decline job offers or interviews for qualifying roles
  • You pause or discontinue your job search for personal or health reasons
  • You are unavailable to work (e.g., due to travel, illness, personal leave) for any 4-week period during the 10 months
  • You pursue roles outside of the curriculum scope (e.g., apply only to executive roles with no prior experience)

3. Definition of a “Qualifying Job”

• A “qualifying job” is:
  • A full-time, part-time, or contract role related to the bootcamp field (e.g., Software Engineer, QA Analyst, Data Analyst, Project Manager, Business Analyst, etc.)
  • A paid role with at least 20 hours/week commitment
  • In a relevant industry where your training is applicable

4. How to Request a Refund

• If you meet all the eligibility requirements and do not receive a qualifying job offer within 10 months after program completion, you may submit a written refund request:

  • Include: Graduation certificate, job search log, and proof of career services participation
• Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the 10-month job search period ending.

5. Refund Process

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 business days via the original payment method. You must not be in violation of any payment or installment agreements at the time of refund.

6. Changes to Terms

• Techiaversity reserves the right to update or revise these terms at any time. Changes will not retroactively affect guarantees for students already enrolled under the prior terms.
